Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to questions our users ask.

111 Your Way is a challenge that seeks to raise awareness and funds for the 111 Australian and New Zealand people diagnosed every day with a Below the Belt cancer.

Fundraisers will complete 111 of any activity and measurement (laps, reps, minutes, kilometers, items) that fits into their lives and skill level throughout October.

While completing their 111 goals, fundraisers will share their progress and efforts with their friends, family, and other networks to ask for donations to improve the lives of all people affected by bladder, kidney, testicular, penile, and prostate cancers.

Australian and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate (ANZUP) Cancer Trials Group is a charity that conducts clinical trials research to improve treatment of bladder, kidney, testicular, penile and prostate cancers.

This group of cancers are called urogenital cancers, but we refer to them as Below the Belt cancers.

ANZUP brings together a leading multi-disciplinary network of oncology, surgical, medical, radiation, nursing, psychology and allied health professionals from within the urogenital cancer field to conduct vital research through clinical trials. ANZUP’s members are committed to improving outcomes for those affected by these ‘Below the Belt’ cancers.

You can find out more about the work done by ANZUP here.

Yes! There is no cost to register, we just ask you aim high and raise as much as you possibly can for people living with Below the Belt cancers.

Participants

Please register here and you will be taken through the process to set up your profile and fundraising page on the 111 Your Way website. You can also create a team page if you are taking part with others.

First you will need to register to participate in the challenge. Once you have set up your profile and fundraising page, you will be able to share your unique page URL with your friends and family where they can make a donation through our secure payment gateway using a valid debit or credit card.

We try to encourage all donations to be made online via an individual or team's profile page, however, we realise this isn't possible for everybody. With this in mind, there’s a form available for people to download and print in order to send in cash donations.

When registering with us you will have chosen a password - don't worry if you've forgotten it!

Just click Forgotten Password in the log in area and enter your registered email address and you will be able to reset your password - make sure you enter your password accurately as all passwords are case sensitive.

Your username is the email address you registered during sign up; if you cannot remember this or need further help, please contact us at [email protected]

You will need to be logged in using your individual email and password to create or join a team.

Once you are logged in, you can create or join a team from your profile page. On the left hand column of the page, scroll down to 'Join a Team'. You can select to 'Create a Team' to start your own, or 'Find a Team' to find and join a team that someone else has created.

You sure can! Log in and go to your account settings (find this in the top right of your screen) then edit these details.

Log in to your user profile and in the top right, go to account settings. Here you’ll be able to change your target in the ‘edit target’ box.

To link your profile page to your Fitbit account, follow the below steps:

First thing to do in this instance is check your Junk Email folder. Sadly the amount of spam going around the internet means that Junk Mail filters are becoming more and more complex. It is difficult for us to be 100% sure that your donation receipt will be delivered to your inbox successfully. If the receipt is not in your Junk folder and you still haven't received it after a couple of hours please contact us at [email protected].

Security is an important priority for us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the most up-to-date technology available to protect your personal details. To avoid the risk of computer fraud, your debit/credit card number is not stored in our system at any point in the payment process.

Please see our privacy policy for further information. All debit/credit card transactions are encrypted before transmission using 256 bit SSL encryption. Please click on the SSL Seal in the URL area of a participant or team profile page to verify our details.

We use Stripe as our payment gateways. Stripe specialises in delivering successful eCommerce payment gateway services to thousands of merchants. Stripe is a trusted name in eCommerce solutions and remains at the forefront of the online payment industry.
